Mark sends out regular newsletters, with new and improved treatments, with humorous stories, with photos of our pets and has a special VIP pet programme with free services. On one of the first occasions I met Mark, he had been up all night with a dog by his bedside on a drip. He goes above and beyond in every way doing house calls when needed. He has looked after our dog and cat for several years and we are very relaxed that they are safe in his hands. He identified a cancerous tumour on our dog early on and performed the surgery to remove it promptly and efficiently.
